Bouchards Restaurant | Owen O’Connor Dines Out in Rhode Island

Newport, RI – Baard Moshagen and Owen O’Connor had dinner at Bouchards Restaurant in Newport, RI last weekend.  The menu consisted of amazing items such as Vol au Vent d’Asperges et de Homard (Asparagus and Lobster in Puff Pastry, with a Lemon Beurre Blanc), Salade d’Endives, Roquette et Saumon Fumé (Arugula and Endive Salad with House Smoked Salmon, Goat Cheese, Lemon Olive Oil Dressing), and Filet de Porc aux Poivrons Rouge, Chèvre et l’Epinard (Pork Tenderloin with Spinach, Goat Cheese and Red Peppers, wrapped in Puff Pastry, with a Roasted Garlic Demi glace Sauce).  Short of actually going to France and finding one of it’s finest restaurants, this was downright incredible Rhode Island dining.
